Telos offers a referral program subject to the following terms and conditions.
For the purposes of this Referral Program:
- "Telos" means Telos NZ Limited and its affiliates.
- "Referrer" means any party, who has agreed to these terms and conditions and can include customers, staff and shareholders of Telos.
- "Referral" means a potential client introduced by a Referrer to Telos.
- "Referral Fee" means the compensation paid to a Referrer for a successful Referral.
The Referrer may refer potential clients ("Referrals") to Telos at any time.
All referrals must be registered by the Referrer through the Telos referral portal at https://go.telosready.com/referrals prior to the Referral engaging with Telos.
If a Referral signs up for a Telos monthly subscription, Telos will pay a one-time referral fee to the Referrer equal to one (1) month of the Referral's subscription fee (excluding third-party consumption charges and development credits).
Telos reserves the right to change the referral fee at any time and will display the current referral fee on the referral portal. The referral fee applicable to a particular Referral will be the fee displayed at the time the Referral is registered
The Referral Fee will be payable within thirty (30) days after the Referral has paid their first monthly invoice in full.
At the Referrer's discretion, specified during registration, the Referral Fee may be:
- Applied as a credit against the Referrer's Telos subscription; or
- Paid directly to the Referrer; or
- Credited to the Referral's account; or
- Split between the Referrer and the Referral in a proportion specified by the Referrer at the time of registration.
A Referral will not qualify for a Referral Fee if:
- The Referral has already been registered by another Referrer within six (6) months prior to the Referral registration, regardless of whether Telos has initiated contact with the Referral;
- Telos has been in contact with the Referral regarding Telos services within six (6) months prior to the referral registration;
- The Referral is already a Telos customer or has previously been a Telos customer;
- The Referral was not properly registered through the designated portal;
- The Referral does not proceed to sign up for a Telos monthly plan within six months of the referral registration.
Telos reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice to the Referrer. The terms and conditions in effect at the time a Referral is registered will apply to that Referral. Referrers are responsible for reviewing the current terms of the Referral Program at the time of making a referral.
The Referrer agrees not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal, or unethical practices in connection with the referral program, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when making referrals.
The Referrer is responsible for any taxes that may be payable on referral fees received. Telos will provide appropriate tax documentation as required by law. This referral program is offered at Telos' discretion and constitutes an agreement between Telos and the Referrer.
This Referral Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. This Referral Program is offered at Telos's discretion and constitutes an agreement between Telos and the Referrer. By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
